*For hourly-rated and day-rated services I require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your booking less than 3 weeks from the day of service, your deposit will not be refunded. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but as I reserve my time exclusively for bookings, I kindly ask for your understanding of my cancellation policy. If you cancel with more than 3 weeks' notice, I will be happy to refund your deposit.* 

*Tours, Off-Hours, and 10+ Mile Rides Must Be Booked 24 Hours in Advance*

*Rides May Be Canceled Due To Unsafe Driving Conditions*

*Offensive Language or Dangerous Behavior Will Cause Termination and Cancelation of Services*

*All Local and Federal Laws must be obeyed, specifically those regarding Child Restraints*
